Processing & handling
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 7 business days of purchase. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

We offer a flat shipping rate on all orders, regardless of order size or quantity. The shipping rate will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
Carriers
We ship via USPS, UPS, and FedEx. The carrier for your order will be selected based on your location and the nature of your shipment. Estimated delivery times vary by carrier and destination and will be reflected in your tracking information.
Shipment confirmation & tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear after receiving your confirmation.
Temperature-sensitive products
Some of our products, including certain protein items and chewable supplements, may be sensitive to extreme heat or cold during transit. We recommend considering seasonal weather conditions in your area when placing your order. DFW Bariatrics Store is not responsible for products damaged due to weather conditions during shipment. Shipping address
